UK & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 2024

We offer several secure delivery methods:

• Standard £4.00 (2-3 Working Days, free for any purchase over £150)
• Next Day £7.50 (Order before 1pm Mon-Thu)
• Saturday Delivery £8.99 (Order before 1pm Fri)

International orders:

• Royal Mail International Tracked £19.95 (3 - 7 Working Days)

Our partner courier service usually operates within 3-7 working days from date of order, but we advise allowing up to 14 working days before raising a query. This is in case of delays from our delivery team. Monday – Friday.

DISPATCH WITHIN 24 HOURS

Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 12 p.m. and within 24 hours when placed after 12 p.m. Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email from our courier partner with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

Please note, our delivery services will be affected over UK bank holidays and during sale periods. No deliveries are made on Bank Holiday Monday.

OVERSTOCKING ISSUES

From time to time our system may oversell an item and if we cannot fulfil it we will refund your order and notify you by email.
