ONLINE RETURNS AND DELIVERIES 2025

UNUM DIEM has a registered office at PO Box 2730, Buckhurst Hill, Essex, England, IG8 1WY (“UNUM DIEM”, “us”, “we”, “our”).

How long for any UK online order to arrive?

Our partner courier service usually operates within 3-5 working days from date of order, but we advise allowing up to 14 working days before raising a query. This is in case of delays from our delivery team. Monday – Friday.

Please note, our delivery services will be affected over UK bank holidays and during sale periods. No deliveries are made on Bank Holiday Monday.

Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday. Orders placed after 12pm will only be processed the following day. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email and you will also receive an email from our courier partner with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

Overstocking issues: From time to time our system may oversell an item and if we cannot fulfil it we will refund your order and notify you by email.

What is your online returns exchange | refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a refund or an exchange within 30 days by following our Returns Portal.

Please note a £3.95 postage fee will be redacted from your final refund amount. Your items must be returned in the original packaging with all original brand tags still attached. 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. We aim to process all refunds as soon as possible, please be aware once processed it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your card provider. 

How to start a return? 

  1. Package your items in their original packaging.
  2. Please follow instructions on our Returns Portal.
  3. Once you have received your shipping label from us via email, please post it back to us at your earliest convenience.
  4. A £3.95 returns shipping fee will be redacted from your final refund amount.

Please note our customer service team can only deal with orders that have been purchased via our website, if you have bought an item from a third party please contact them directly.

Refunding your return

What is your policy on damaged or defective items?

Please know that it is never our intention send faulty items to our customers. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact to process an enquiry. You will need your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
